Your use of the MONREAL website is subject to these terms and conditions.
If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not purchase any products from the Monreal website.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from Monreal acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product or service. All orders are subject to acceptance by Monreal, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms that the order has been completed.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All orders for products are subject to availability and in this regard, if we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel any unavailable items from your order and do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
You will not be billed for any items that were either unavailable or cancelled.
REFUSAL Of ORDER
Monreal reserves the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to authorise payments submitted to us, there may be exceptional circumstances which mean that we may need to refuse to process or accept an order after we have received it or sent you an acknowledgement of receipt, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. Monreal will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website, removing or editing any materials or content on this Website or for refusing to process or accept an order after we have received it or sent you an acknowledgement of receipt.
RETURNING ITEMS TO STORE
If you purchased products online and you’d like to exchange or return them to our store, you must bring with you a copy of the invoice/receipt we sent to you. This will give our staff the information they need to process your request. Please ensure you return the goods within 14 days of their dispatch.
VALIDATION CHECKS
All payment card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Personal information provided during the registration process as a Monreal.ie customer should be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. If any information changes, please contact us or update your account details accordingly.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
GIFT CARD
In Monreal.ie you can purchase two types of Gift Cards/Vouchers: to be used in store or to be used on line.
Monreal gift cards are redeemable in full or part payment for merchandise.
The gift Card may not be exchanged for cash. No change will be given but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases.
The Gift Card and balance will expire 2 years after the last Card use.
Monreal cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Vouchers.
Refunds cannot be given on Gift cards.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Website Terms are exclusively governed by the laws and jurisdiction of Ireland.
The Gift Card Terms are exclusively governed by Irish law and jurisdiction.
